Yes. We offer 40-foot High Cube containers when available. High Cube containers are about one foot taller than standard-height containers and are useful when extra interior height matters.

No. Delivery and pickup are separate from the monthly rental rate because transportation cost depends on your location, access, and delivery conditions.

Usually, yes, provided your account remains current and the rental agreement allows it. Contact us before your planned end date if your timeline changes.

Our planned program uses predictable monthly payments over a 48-month term. The container remains subject to the rent-to-own agreement until ownership is completed or the agreement is otherwise ended.

Yes. You can request an early-purchase amount at any time. The amount is based on the current cash price of an equivalent container and the credit described in your agreement for prior rent-to-own payments.

Our current planned pricing is $280 per month for a 20-foot container and $320 per month for a 40-foot container, both on 48-month terms. Final availability and agreement terms apply.

Return, recovery, and account terms will be governed by the signed rent-to-own agreement. We will explain those terms before you enter the program.

No. Utah Storage Containers does not provide grading, excavation, gravel installation, foundation work, or other site-preparation services. We can explain the delivery requirements so you can prepare the site or hire a local contractor.

The delivery truck needs a clear route with enough width, height, turning room, and unloading space. Gates, fences, trees, structures, power lines, tight turns, and slopes can all affect delivery.

The placement area should be reasonably level, firm, and able to support the container. Significant grading or leveling should be completed before delivery.

Yes. Compacted gravel, road base, concrete, and other firm prepared surfaces are commonly used. The best surface depends on the property and intended use.
